Start the Search

  • Determining you wants vs needs
  • Set-up an IMLS Home Search with a real estate expert from our team
    • There are an overwhelming number of online platforms for browsing new listings and they ALL utilize the data syndicated from the IMLS
  • If you are not on an IMLS Home Search, you could be missing out!

Make an Offer

Once you have decided to make an offer, we will run a comparative market analysis on the home of interest so that you get an accurate report of the value of the home prior to making an offer

    • 1% of the purchase price, oftentimes held by managing broker or title company & applied towards down payment

    • Generally 21-30 days out for most lenders
